Content changes the size of the Panel

Hello,

i have a DashboardLayout with no Items to start. I want to add Panels with Code. My Problem is, that after i added a Panel and the content has loaded, the Panel changes in Size.

See Pictures for reference.

  1. This is immediatly after adding (Picture 1)
  2. This is after the content loaded (Picture 2)

  3. This is after i moved the Panel with Drag n Drop. The Panel has now the right Size but the content is overflowing inside.(Picture 3)
The content of the Panel i load is a SfChart with following Settings:

<SfChart Width="100%" Height="100%" @ref="@Barchart" Background="@BackgroudColor">

    ...

</SfChart>

If i set fixed Height in pixels for the Component it doesnt overflow, but i want to have it responsive.

Here i prepared a sample, the content overflows on adding in Y-Direction.

Hi Michael,


Greetings from Syncfusion support.


On analysing your attached application, we figured out that you have used columns property with value as 20. It would split the page width into 20 columns, so panel will render according to divided panels.


We have modified your shared sample by making column property as 3 to split the width of the parent element of Dashboard Layout into 3 parts. So, we can render the panels properly with the Chart component.
