Best way to handle multiple appointments on Weekly and Daily view

We're just getting started with SyncFusion Scheduler and are very impressed with its capabilities.  We've hit one snag that we know we can program around, but wondering if there's already a built-in way that could be handled automatically:

We have situations where we may have multiple events (like 10 to 50) that occur at the same time. 
The monthly view has a very elegant way of handling these events as I did in this quick and dirty sample:



 

where the weekly and monthly give us lots of lines:  


Is there a way an automatic way to handle this situation more elegantly like the monthly version or do we need to resort to a programmatic way of handling?

Thanks for using our product and your valuable feedback.


Since this is the default behavior of the scheduler, we are not able to resort to a programmatic way of handling and as well there is no automatic way to show the events in the Week view like Month.
