Is it possible to make a template that returns something this?

I need to pass one object that contains many information than just text

You can achieve you requirement by defining custom template for incoming and outgoing messages having customTextMessage which inherit from SfChat.TextMessage. In that CustomTextMessage we can define the custom object as one of the property. We have prepared a simple sample based on your requirement and attached it in the below sample link.
