How to add one more Category when adding one Event(Create Appointment).

Hello support team,


we are trying to add one more Category(Department) when adding the Event(Create Appointment). we are adding new events and choosing one or more categories (Department) on the client-side is working but it didn't pass that data to the server-side(Database). 

Can you please give me a solution?

Please understand my requirement we are trying to add one more Category(Department) & Owner(User) when adding the Event(Create Appointment). we are done adding one more Owner when adding the Event(Create Appointment) at the one time but we need to add one more category(Department) when adding the Event(Create Appointment) at the one time. Can you please give me a solution ASAP?
