Weird occurance with context menu, multiple instances

Hi

I got a strange problem with the context menu on my document editor. The first time I open the editor I can use the context menu just fine, but if I change tab and come back to the editor It opens 2 instances one which I cant use and the other which I can use but have no affect on the document. Every time I change tabs and come back to the tab with the editor, its like it creates a new instance of the context menu, 

 Below are 4 instances of the font menu

I'm not too sure what I am doing wrong. Every time I open the document editor, I start a completely fresh instance of it and every other than the context menu seem to be working fine. Any ideas?

Note: Sample is in react just for reference.

Here, switch between document editor, then open dialog only one instance is created. 

Can you please check and share simple to recreate the same issue in our side? that will be helpful for us to proceed further and provide you the solution at the earliest.
