How to use sf cartesian chart to automatically calculate y-axis range

Hi Muyiwa, 
 
Greetings from Syncfusion. Your requirement can be achieved using the rangePadding property available in axis. Set the range padding as round, this will round of the range for the available data point. We have provided the UG and code snippet below for your reference. 
  
Code snippet: 
primaryYAxis: NumericAxis( 
   rangePadding: ChartRangePadding.round 
)
