Fetch categorize and owner to a textbox

Question

Added screenshots as Rar files. I added the multiple resource options and i cant fetch category and owner(Department and User values in the SS) values to the textbox. how to do that?

Sorry but I need to know about the custom window, How to fetch the categorized and owner values to textboxes. I think its done from scripts. i already attached 2 images , I will attach it again
