How to know which image or object is deleted ?

I have a lot of images inside SfImageEditor, and I need to know when they are deleted.How to know that ?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

As per our current implementation, we can delete any added items by pressing the delete icon or using the Delete interface after selecting the item to be deleted. So, we can get it from the ItemSelected event of SfImageEditor.

As we have mentioned in our previous update it is the current implementation behavior of SfImageEditor and it does not have any other options to know which item is deleted.
