"No records to display" when using virtualization in grid.

Question

.NET 6 Blazor server-side project, pasted first code example from Virtualization in Blazor DataGrid Component | Syncfusion in page. Grid renders but displays "No records to display"

If I change `EnableVirtualization="true"` to `AllowPaging="true"` it works and the records are displayed.
