XlsIO / excel Charts / timeline

We are evaluating several approaches to generate charts in excel and performing couple of Proof Of Concepts.  Came across this library.

is it possible to generate the below graph?

Env:

  • syncfusion XlsIO (19.4.0.42) / IChartShape 
  • C#
  • Azure Apps
