PDF Viewer Blazor Server-side does not hide toolbar

In 19.4.0.41, when I set EnableToolbar="false" in PDF Viewer, the toolbar is still shown.

We have already logged the reported issue “PDF Viewer toolbar is hidden while setting the enableToolbar as FALSE” and the fix for the changes will be included in our upcoming weekly NuGet release on January 12, 2022. You can track the status using the below feedback link,

The fix was included in our latest weekly NuGet release v19.4.0.42. Kindly upgrade to that version to get the issue resolved.
