New models of the Amped routers are adapted with the function to automatically update the firmware through its web interface. A user has to check the pop-up on the web menu Dashboard of the setup.ampedwireless.com interface to check the availability of a new firmware in the router. If a new firmware is available for the router, go to the Management settings, click on the firmware update tab then click on Check now option. Click Upgrade when you get prompted to initialize the process of firmware update.
