Can set zoomLevel over 18 ?

Is it possible to set the map's zoomLevel like 20 even 25?

The shape layer in the SfMaps widget will draw a path from a list of given coordinates, there is no limit in its zoom level.  

   

The tile layer in the SfMaps widget will internally replace the {z}, {x}, {y} from the urlTemplate based on the current focal latitude and longitude as well as the zoom level and request the tile from the tile providers to form a complete map.  

   

Tile providers offers tiles based on their coverage, so we only request tiles within their zoom level limit. For example, OSM offers tiles with up to 19 zoom levels, whereas Bing offers up to 20. To know the zoom level limit of your tile provider, we suggest you to check with their support team.
