(UWP) Picker performance issue when the number of Items are greater than 500 in version 19.4.0.40

Hi Syncfusion team, we are having problem with SfPicker (19.4.0.40), it is taking few seconds to open when the number of Items are greater than 500, could you please help us in fixing the bug, thanks in advance.

Platform: UWP

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the sample project attached below
   
2. Deploy the app in UWP
3. Click on the "NavigateToSfPicker" button
4. Click on the "Open Picker" button

Expected behaviour:

Picker opens without delay

Actual behaviour:

During first initialize picker takes few seconds to load the items

Currently, we have patch support only for the main and service pack release version, not for the weekly NuGet release. So only provided an assembly with 19.4.0.42 version.

This fix will be included in the next weekly NuGet release, which is scheduled for February 1, 2022. Until then, we appreciate your patience.

We don't have a weekly NuGet release today due to the release of Volume 4 SP, 2021. This fix will be included in our next weekly NuGet release, which will be released on February 8, 2022.
