Cannot Add Vertical or Horizontal Groups!

In visual studio Ribbon Tabs, I'm trying to add Vertical or Horizontal Groups but I'm getting the following errors:

Hi Ahmed, 

We already known the reported issue “Form desisgner crashes while adding the vertical or horizontal groups”. You experienced an EnvDTE designer crash since we did not migrate our source project to VS2022. In Visual Studio 2022, many APIs have been updated. We used the EnvDTE.dll that was included in our source code. However, EnvDTE does not exist in VS2022 and should be renamed Microsoft.VisualStudio.Interop. The reported designer crash issue happens due to a missing dll.
