Using HTML form to create new appointments

end. And let you know that, we can create the appointment in the scheduler by
using quick-popup and the editor window and also can customize the both quick
and editor window using quickInfoTemplates,
editorTemplate
properties. In our source side, we have created the editor window by using the
html form elements only. So we would suggest you to refer the below screenshot,
