It is impossible to use SVG in header of Excel worksheet.  

This is to inform you that Microsoft Excel do not support svg images in header and footer. So this cannot be achieved by XlsIO as well. 


Also it is not possible to change the size of any embedded picture in header. 

The image can be resized first and then added as header or footer using XlsIO.  Please find the code snippet below.

image = new Bitmap(image, new Size(5,5)); 
 
worksheet.PageSetup.LeftHeader = "&G"; 
worksheet.PageSetup.LeftHeaderImage = image;
