Hi,

We've just upgraded to 19.4.0.48 and the issue is still there, see attached screenshot.  Are you testing this properly on iPad?  Nothing seems to work correctly.

Hi Alex,

We would like to inform you that, we have confirmed your reported issue in IPad safari browser using the browserStack with below demo sample link. After our fix, we ensured the same demo sample and it is resolved. For your reference, we have attached the ensured link and screenshot below.

Demo: https://blazor.syncfusion.com/demos/multiselect-dropdown/data-binding?theme=bootstrap5

So we suggest you to clear the NuGet in your application by following the below link.

NuGet clear KB  : https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/6987/how-to-clear-nuget-cache

Also, we request you to ensure the below demo sample link in your end in both IPad and browserstack to confirm whether the issue still exists.

If issue still exists in your application, please share the below details to investigate further in our end.

  1. Share your IPad version and safari browser version details.
  2. Share the control rendering code snippet, to ensure any additional properties need to be enabled.
  3. Whether the issue replicates in IPad with both demo sample and in your application?
  4. If possible, share the issue reproducing sample.

Ponmani M
