Pressing `Esc` Key After Loading Filter Menu Stops Menu from Working

Hello Team Syncfusion,

Please see this SLN:

  1. Launch
  2. Shrink window to invoke Adaptive Mode
  3. Press the Filter Button: 
    e6tZRQx[1].png
  4. Press the `Esc` (escape) key on the keyboard.  This dismisses the filter menu.
  5. Now repeat Step 3 (press Filter Button)
  6. Observe that the filter menu does not appear

Expected: whenever the Filter button is pressed, the Filter Menu is displayed.

Please let me know if there is something obvious I have misunderstood and/or configured.

We have validated your query and we have confirmed this as an issue and logged the defect report “Filter dialog is not opening in adaptive mode after closing the filter dialog using the Esc key for the same. Thank you for taking time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technological feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle) and including the fix in our upcoming Volume 4 SP release 2021. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.   
  
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to include the fix for the reported issue “Filter dialog is not opening in adaptive mode after closing the filter dialog using the Esc key”  in our mentioned Volume 4 SP as promised. Fix for issue will be included in our weekly patch release which is excepted to be rolled out on or before end of February 2022. 
  
  
Till then we appreciate your patience.   We will notify you once the fix is included.

We are glad to announce that, we have resolved the reported issue “Filter dialog is not opening in adaptive mode after closing the filter dialog using the Esc key” in our release(19.4.0.55).  So please upgrade to our latest version of Syncfusion NuGet package to resolve the reported issue. Please find the NuGet package for latest fixes and features from below.
