Move Diagram with MouseWheel and Multiselect

hi,

sorry for all my questions but I read the documentation and couldn't get it work.

I would like to "move" the diagram when click and hold the mousewheel and want be able to multiselect nodes.

I've tried 

tool={DiagramTools.MultipleSelect || DiagramTools.ZoomPan}

But this only allows to move the diagram but selection is not working.

Reported Issue : Multiple selection not working properly  
      
We can reproduce the issue and confirmed this as a defect. We have logged a defect report for this issue. We will fix this issue and provide the patch on January 4th 2022 weekly patch release.

We have fixed the reported issue and included it in our patch release (19.4.41) which is rolled out successfully.   
   
Please upgrade to the latest version packages to resolve this issue.

hi,

is this really fixed?

I couldn' t get it work.


What I expected how it should work:

- I can select select one or many nodes/connections

- when i press the mouse-wheel it should change to pan-mode that I can move the diagram.


how can I do this?

Hi Tobias 

On our further analysis of the reported query, we suspect that you have select the node and while click on the mouse wheel the tool changes to Pan tool. By default, in the diagram, when you enabled both MultipleSelect | ZoomPan tool means then when you hover on the node, the mouse pointer changes to crosshair and allows you to select the nodes. When you hover on the diagram, the crosshair changes to pan tool. This is default behavior of the diagram tools. We does not have support to change the mouse tool to Pan tool when click on mouse wheel.

We have attached a video demonstration of how both MultipleSelect | ZoomPan gets worked in the diagram.
