How to use icon css class

Question

I have an material theme in my application.I have refer below link to change icon but its showing as "empty"

note:-

1.I have add "bullet-5" material icon but its not working.

2.I have added below link in index.html

We let you know that the icon is included from 19.2.62 version. So, we suggest you upgrade the version to include this icon in your application.
