Installing JavaScript2 in laravel?

Hello,I downloaded the JavaScript2 file but I can't find any CSS file that is SCSS ...It's not very intuitive to install your component ...How to install JavaScript2 for use in Laravel (not PHP version JavaScript2 version)?Do you have documentation, a clear tutorial ... somewhere?Thank you for your help.
