Galaxy "A" devices unable to swipe?

We have a number of users reporting they are unable to swipe left or right in our app (uses the sfscheduler day view). They all seem to be using Samsung A12's and A52's.  Unfortunately we are unable to test here as we dont have those devices to test on.

Has there been any reports of users being unable to swipe on other devices?

I believe these devices are all using droid 11 or 12
