HTMLToPDFConverter.QtWebKit.Net.Core doesn't always create the Same Document
We are using Syncfusion Version 19.3.0.53 and we are Developing with ASP.NET Core 2.2 on Windows
Sometimes when we create Documents, they don't look the Same. The Fontsize is sometimes smaller than it should be. The Attached Images were Screenshotted at the Same Zoom Ratio. The Documents from which the Screenshots originate were Created right after eachother on the same System without changing anything apart from Reloading. The Document which was too Small was created right after i made some of the Margins smaller and reloaded the View from which we generate the PDF. Then right after that i reloaded the Page again and it was the Right size again. Also We are Converting the PDF from a URL
EDIT: On our local System i got it to work, i found out that the whole page gets distorted to smaller when it has a very long sequence of Underscores "___________". But if we run it on a Windows Azure WebApp the PDF only gets generated with the correct font-size 50% of the Time. The other 50% the font-size is much too small

We have tried to reproduce the reported issue with Html URL to PDF conversion, but it is working properly. Syncfusion Html to PDF converter preserves the output PDF document like how the input HTML file/URL is displayed on the WebKit/Chrome based web browsers. Kindly provide more details such as complete input HTML file/URL (with all resources style, fonts, scripts, etc.,), complete code snippet or modified sample, Azure Environment details (OS, bit version, culture settings, RAM size etc.,) , Azure subscription details (app service), target OS, published profile details (Region, Size, hosting plans, etc.,) to replicate the issue in our end. So, that it will be helpful for us to analyse and assist you further on this.
OS: Windows
Bit Version: 64x
RAM SIZE: 1.75GB
Target OS: Windows
Region: West Europe
App Service Plan: S1

It seems that i forgot to add the HTML File to the Folder.
The URL is not an open one so it won't be neccessary or useful to you. But the HTML File (The output of the URL you are requesting) is now in the Attachments. This Folder should now contain everything needed

We have checked the HTML to PDF conversion with provided HTML file in local and Azure environment, but we get an same output document result for both local and Azure. We were not able to reproduce the preservation issue. We have attached the Azure sample for your reference, please try the sample on your end and let us know the result.
