Scrolling not working on Surface

Hello,
I've the same problem described in this old post:

I'm using a Microsoft Surface. I have build a small app with the latest trial version of your libs and I've the same issue when I try with the online demo:

https://ej2.syncfusion.com/demos/pdfviewer/default/

If I have try wiandroid SmartPhone all works fine. Is there a problem only with Microsoft devices?

Sorry for the delay. We have checked in the Microsoft Surface device and the scrolling PDF pages are working fine with our online demo. We have shared the video in which we tried to replicate this issue.

Could you please share the exact issue with the video demonstration in which you are facing the scrolling issues? So that it will be helpful for us to investigate further and provide the details at the earliest.
