If the javascript file is locally dressed and used, the layout is broken.

Online connection through the link has solved the problem.


Can you tell me the reason?

Greetings from Syncfusion Support. 
 
We have validated the reported issue for “ controls not rendered properly when referring local script files” at our end. We could able to replicate the issue at our end. We have prepared an Asp Net Core sample added the syncfusion component, referred the local scripts, the issue has been replicated. But when we refer the local styles also along with the scripts then the issue has been resolved. So, we would like to suggest that you need to add both styles and scripts to render the controls properly. Please find the sample from the below link
