Copy and paste from Microsoft Word

When I copy and paste only text from Microsoft Word the Paste Cleanup doesnt prompt on text to do "Clean" action. I want text to match the RTE font, line spacing, and font size paste by running clean up.

If I copy from the RTE and paste over it, then I get a Paste Cleanup prompt.

Why is this?

You can see this in the Paste Cleanup example in your demo.

To reproduce open Microsoft word and type a sample paragraph.

Copy paste the paragraph into RTE.

Copy the paragraph in RTE and past over it.

The prompt displays and select "Clean", to get the styling to match.
