enable/disable task

Good morning,

i would like to know if there is a way to set enabled or disabled  status for each task so to let the user change only some of them.

I found "isActive" but i can't see any change...

Greetings from Syncfusion. 

You can achieve this requirement by introducing a new Boolean (CanEdit) property in the custom model and based on its value, restricting the dragging in the NodeDragCompleted, NodeResizingCompleted, ProgressResizing events in Gantt, and canceling the CurrentCellStartEditing event in GanttGrid.
