Load RTF and convert to Docx

Question

Hi, i'm trying to load an rtf document using a string and i need to convert it to docx format.

The image below shows how I'm trying to do it, but the return is an invalid docx.
I would like to know how is a correct way to do this conversion.

Hi Tiago,Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.We have tried to reproduce the reported problem using the given details with dummy RTF document and it works fine in our end. We have attached the sample used at our end to reproduce the issue along with input and output document for your reference.
