Hi,
I am using the PdfViewerControl to modify a PDF file. But almost none of those changes like highlighting, signing or writing text inside the document will be printed. See the screenshot below. I am just using the PdfViewerControl inside a .NET 5.0 WPF project and the NuGet-package Syncfusion.PdfViewer.WPF Version 19.3.0.53.
Is this behaviour intended or am I missing something? I would expect that every change I can see in the PDF document should also be printed? I tried printig it on different printers and from different viewers like acrobat reader, Chrome, Edge or the PdfViewerControl itself.
Thank you very much in advance
Jonas
Hi Divya,
thank you so much for your reply. I downloaded your sample and tried again. When I open the App and print the document using the build in print functionality, it seems to work fine.
But when I save the document with the "save as" button and open the saved file with the chrome browser, or just open the provided file "JavaScript Succinctly.pdf" directly, the annotations do not appear in the print preview. Same goes for printing the document with adobe reader or edge.
Even worse, the file I saved with the app does not show the image on first page at all anymore when printing.
It would be great if you could look into that.
Best Regards,
Jonas
Hi Divya,
