License inactivation

We are using a PDF generator in our products where the license key is applied and the solution was working well. However, for unknown reasons, used licenses become invalid and PDFs are generated with the message: “Created with a trial version of Syncfusion Essential PDF”.

After several days, some solutions work again, while others are still not working (trial message is included).

Remark, no change was performed either in the license key or in source code or included packages.


What is the validity of generated license key?

When and why can the license key become invalid?

Could you please explain the possible source of our problems?
