RichTextEditor: Shift Enter not working with Safari

Hi support,

even when I set the shiftEnterKey Property to "BR", this does not work with Safari browser.
Firefox is working well.

I'm using version 19.3.48.

What can I do?

We have validated your query “RichTextEditor: Shift Enter not working with Safari” 

 

We can able to reproduce the reported issue at our end and we have considered the issue “shiftEnterKey property option “BR” is not working in safari browser” as a bug from our end and the fix for the issue will be included with our upcoming patch release on 30^th November 2021.

We couldn’t include the fix for the issue “ShiftEnterKey property option “BR” is not working in safari browser” with our November 30^th patch release due to its complexity. We will include the fix for the issue, with our upcoming patch release on 8^th December 2021.

We have resolved the reported issue, form our end using the package version 19.3.57. Can you please upgrade your package, to this version and check the reported issue from your end ?
