Button does not place nicely on the ribbon when the web page is move to another monitor screen

Hi Support Team,

I have faced this issue where when I moved the GUI from my laptop screen to the monitor and vice versa, the button on the Action ribbon become like this. Both of the screen has the same aspect ratio which is 16:9 but have a difference in the size.

In order to make it okay again, user need to click the Refresh button on the Action ribbon. So, can you suggest what is the best solution for the problems that I was currently facing.

Hi Support Team,


I can only provide you the video demonstration of the issue. As you can see, the ribbon on the other tab was not placed nicely when the window was moved to another screen. Currently we are using the Essential JS 2 for ASP.NET Core. Here's link that directs to a gif representing the current issue:
