1) Please share your Syncfusion package version.
2) Please share your complete Grid rendering code, we would like to check how you are customizing in beforePrint event of Grid.
3) Please confirm if you have used any custom CSS.
4) If possible, please share any issue reproducing sample or try to reproduce with our above attached sample.

Hello, I've tried your solution, but the same issue appears in your sample, header goes to the left or the first column disappear

Thanks for your update.
We can reproduce the reported behavior at our end. We have confirmed this is an issue from our side and logged a bug for the same as “Column header is not shown properly when print the Grid with grouped column”. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technical feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and will include the defect fix in our upcoming patch release which will be rolled out on Dec 08th 2021.

Hi Tarik,
Thanks for your patience.
We are glad to announce that our Essential Javascript2 patch release (v19.3.57) has been rolled out successfully and in that release we have added the fix of “Column header is not shown properly when print the Grid with grouped column” issue. So, please update your Syncfusion packages to the current version and use latest style script to get this.
