How to do Server Side Rendering for my existing react js app?

Question

I would like to support SEO for my existing react js app? I tried using react-helmet, however came to know server side rendering is required for that.

Most of the articles and blogs says Next js is the best one for SSR, however how to adopt Next js to my existing react js app?
