We have validated your reported problem at our end and let you know that except for 3 rd issue(validation issue) remaining two cases are working fine at our end. Please find the properly working sample from the following link.
1] When I import into Outlook, the All Day events are not imported as All Day events.
2] When I attempt to import into Google Calendar, I get an error - see attached.

- Share your scheduler version
- Share more details regarding your ICS file and how you generated it
- Share your scheduler code snippets
- Share any issue reproducing sample(if possible)
