grid auto fit problem

Hi,

When grid no data, the auto fit the "SeqNo" column width is incorrect.

Should I calculate the width manually?

Please check.

We have confirmed that the reported behavior is an issue from our side and logged a bug for the same as “AutoFit is not working properly for first column if Grid have empty records”. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technical feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and will include the defect fix in our upcoming patch release which will be rolled out on Nov 10th, 2021.

Hi Lorryl,   Sorry for the inconvenience caused.    
    Due to some complexities involved in this issue, we were not able to include the fix for the issue “AutoFit is not working properly for first column if Grid have empty records” in our latest release. We have considered to include this issue in our upcoming release which is expected to be rolled out on 24th November 2021.

Thanks for your patience. 

We are glad to announce that our Essential Javascript2 patch release (v19.3.54) has been rolled out successfully and in that release we have added the fix of “AutoFit is not working properly for first column if Grid have empty records” issue. So, please update your Syncfusion packages to the current version and use latest style script to get this.
