Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support,

We have marked our “Syncfusion.HTMUI.Windows” as classic package so it will not listed in the nuget.org. But you can be able to download this package using below link.

Use this code : PM> Install-Package Syncfusion.HTMLUI.windows -Version 19.3.0.47
