Multiple Schedule appointments with the same UniqueID '0' were found. Schedule appointments must have unique IDs.

I keep getting this error but i have assigned a uniqueID but the value is still set to 0. Am i setting the value incorrectly ? Ive assigned Icount which is an integer to the UniqueID but its not being updated for some reason. Any help would be great! Thanks !
