DropDown crashes

Hi,

Image is attached in .zip file (as it has 116kb which is not supported to insert to this text editor).

DropDown has an initial value, when set to [] (empty array, fetched on cascade dropdown) it display mentioned image. The control itself is showing infinite loading status on dropdown arrow.

Currently using this version of dropdowns

"@syncfusion/ej2-vue-dropdowns": "^19.3.43"

We have checked the DropDownList component with shared scenario. Unfortunately, the reported issue does not occur at our end. So, we have prepared the sample and attached it below.
