Use a different field for the child grid (hierarchical data) not working

Question

Hi, I followed your instructions how to use a different field for the child grid (hierarchical data), however the provided way is not working. I'm talking about the following: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/react/documentation/grid/hierarchy-grid/#bind-hierarchy-grid-with-different-field

I attached a demo code, where the "load()" function is not working.

(For easier testing I used the field "EmployeeID", that is the same field in both datasources. I know that in such a case the "load()" function is not necessary...)

  Greetings from Syncfusion support. 

  Based on your requirement, when you are trying to render the hierarchical grid with different field names, it was not working. Based on the code example provided we have created a sample with the same requirement, but we were able to render the hierarchical grid with the different field names and we were not able to reproduce the mentioned issue. We have attached the sample for your convenience. 

  Please provide the following details so that we may be able to provide a better solution. 


Share a screenshot or video demonstration of the mentioned issue.
Share the replication procedure for reproducing the mentioned issue.
If possible, try replicating the issue in the sample provided.
