Stamp annotations not saving beyond page 2

I have a pdf that varies from 1-4 pages. I am adding an image as a stamp annotation on each of these pages. When annotations are added, they show up perfectly on all pages. If I save the pdf after the notations are added and reload the pdf, annotations beyond page 2 are gone. Page 1 and 2 save properly but the annotations added to 3-4 are gone.

  I have used multiple versions of the control but all do the same thing. (Currently 19.2.0.56 - have tried up to 19.3.0.45)

  I've tried this with each page as a different page number-- page 3+ loses their annotations on save regardless of which page is which page number.

What could be causing this? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Stan,


We were unable to reproduce the issue “Stamp annotation get missing after 2nd  page”. However while analyzing we found a new issue “Stamp annotation bounds get differ after 3rd page”. Currently, we are validating this issue and we will update the further details on October 20, 2021.

Please find the sample in the below link, which we have used to reproduce the issue in our end

Please test this sample and kindly let us know whether we have missed out anything while replicating the issue. If our sample is wrong please revert us with the modified sample to replicate the issue in our end.

We have confirmed that the issue “[Android, UWP] Stamp annotation bounds get varies after the third page” is a defect and logged a defect report for this issue. The patch for this issue will be delivered on November 10, 2021.

Due to regression issues faced during testing, we couldn't deliver the patch for this issue “Stamp annotation bounds get varies after the third page” today. However, we will resolve all the regression issues and include the fix for the same in our 2021 Volume 4 Main release which is expected to be available in December 2021 tentatively. We will update the details once it is released. We are still working on regression issues which we faced during testing, we couldn't deliver the patch for this issue “Stamp annotation bounds get varies after the third page” as promised. This issue fix will be included in our weekly nuget package release which is expected to be available on January 4,2022.
