Strict mode preventing data entry in 19.3.45

Hello

I have the following time picker that worked in previous versions. In 19.3.45 this no longer works.  If I enter a legit time like "16:15" then the value is not accepted. To work around I have set StrictMode = "false"

We have considered the reported issue “Strict mode prevents manually entered data which is present in the popup” as bug in our end. The fix will be included in the upcoming weekly patch release which is expected to be rolled out on October 20, 2021. You can track the status using the below feedback link.

The reported bug with “Strict mode prevents manually entered data which is present in the popup” has been fixed in this release. As a result, we recommend you upgrade to the latest version of our Syncfusion package to avail this fix.
