Drop down List Validatation in Spreadsheet

Question

Hello please your support,I define 2 columns type list, and the drop-down list appears in 2 positions.One like this, and this is which I wantBut another one appears at the top like this

I want all drop-down lists appear in the row that I clicked, not at the top. Can't you help me?Thanks
