Blazor showcase diagram builder demo high CPU usage.

I downloaded the Blazor showcase diagram builder demo and it works well with the exception of extremely high CPU usage. Just starting the application makes the CPU spike to around 50% to 60% and it stays there. It will steadily climb the more I use it. Any clues what is causing this? The source is the same as on G

On the further analysis of the shared details, we suggest you use the attached diagram builder sample to get better performances. We have upgrade the NuGet version to the latest version and the target framework of the project to “net5.0”. It will improve performance. We will apply the same changes in the GitHub diagram build sample on or before 19^th October 2021.
