Busy indicator in popup sample

I have tried to the run sample you gave in relation to the popup layout but in most recent examples its not compling it was for showing the Busy indicator in a overlay/?

I193933 in most recent version of xam forms the popup layout is not reconized at all might need upgrading by use.

2. Replication steps for the issue with Image/video illustration
3. Syncfusion controls and Xamarin.Forms version.
