DocToPDFConverter change page layout

Hi

I am currently working on a method to dynamically fill in data from a Word via merge mails and then a convention and save as PDF.

The part that allows you to fill in the Word and convert it to PDF works fine. However I noticed that the layout between the Word and the PDF changes. As you can see in the attachment, the table in the Word contains crossed out elements, but these are offset in the PDF. Also, the first two tables are offset to the right of the others, whereas in the Word, all the tables are correctly aligned.

Can you tell me where this change comes from and what is the solution to avoid these changes ?
