Do we have any way to change field primary key data type from number to string?

Hi.

I try to change data type of primary field (id) from Number to String

It work fine at view type ProjectView, but not work at view type ResouceView.

At ResourceView when action context menu, drag/drop event return data in actionComplete() is empty.

Do we have any way to use primary key with String data type

Currently, we do not have support to define the TaskId as string in Gantt Chart. However, we have already logged a feature report for it. You can track its status from the below feedback link.

As we have already lined up some major features, we could not implement this support immediately. We will implement this and include it in any of our upcoming releases.
