How to read excel file that currently has password?

That is, I need to read Excel file that currently has password, I know what the current password, so I tried to implement documentation code from XldIO Documentation, but it not working, at run my code always I get an exception that says "Strong encryption algorithms are not supported."

can you help me with this?

Greetings from Syncfusion. 

We suspect that the input Excel document that you are using at your end has strong encryption algorithm used, which is not supported by Syncfusion XlsIO.
