Diagram - LoadDiagram raises Exceptions (Any Version after 19.2.0.46)

Please see attached demo application.

The functionality worked in 19.2.0.46  any version after raises an error.

Click "Save Model" to save the diagram to file.

Click "Load Model" to load the diagram.

On Load the error occurs.

Reported Issue : An exception occurs when clear the diagram using Clear API  

  

We can reproduce the issue and confirmed this as a defect. We have logged a defect report for this issue. We will fix this issue and provide the patch on volume 3 release which is scheduled on 30^th September 2021.
